This club is conveniently located in Irvine. The instructors move from location to location but they are awesome! This location has a great community of awesome people. I love the sales, the manager makes sure that members can access great stuff from awesome name brands. Try them out.

I love almost all classes and instructors at Tustin location. Every instructor has a unique way to keep everyone motivated. However there is one thing that I feel like it could be better. I don’t know why some sculpt and c2, shavasana the heat always turns up to 96-97 degree at the end. It is pretty uncomfortable. I remember few years back window was open and air or ac was turned on at end of class and I always left the room felt cool down. I wonder this is the new change that applied across studios. Hopefully the stretching and shavasana will have some ac on in the future.

I just moved back to California from North Carolina and wanting to start doing Yoga again. My son gave me this 5 sessions of Yoga for Mothers Day and was so glad he chose this place as Sharina was a great instructor the one hour class was worth sweating. The place is clean, they have wipes and hand sanitizers I would recommend for everyone to come back at this place as I know we are being cautious because of Covid but this place is clean.

The staff and class was very welcoming for a new student.
CPY blends ancient traditional yoga with contemporary yoga thus creating a hybrid that seems to uniquely meet the demands of busy schedules and convenient foods. Its attention to the midsection is particularly appealing to me. I don't want an aerobics class. And sometimes I don't want traditional yoga. CPY seems to have a formula that meets my desires and those of everyone else! Thank you, CPY, for being a good and steadfast friend.
Adore it really except the temperature and lever 3 was for the beginners … love the sculp class gonna check Laguna hills also
