I’m a beginner at yoga and I was put to ease as soon as I walked in the studio. The front desk person was friendly, the facility was clean, and I had great instructor. I was nervous that I would not be able to keep up but the instructor kept the class moving and helped me without pausing or skipping a beat or stopping the class.
I have always liked yoga and core power has always been my number one choice. I belonged to core power years ago until I moved out of the area where I was a member at YogaWorks. Unfortunately covid caused YogaWorks to close down permanently so during that time I did not practice yoga anywhere. CorePower opened in fashion island and I rejoined a few months before construction began. I’m happy to be back and try to take a class daily and sometimes two classes a day. My mind and body feels better after a class. So on that note I would highly recommend core power yoga to my friends and clients.

I've been a member of CorePower Yoga for many years and really enjoy the classes. Nearly all of the instructors are friendly and high energy and provide a great workout. I most often frequent the Tustin Studio. This studio is relatively clean and offers a variety of classes at convenient times.
My favorite instructors at Tustin are Jess, Allison, Heather, Nathalie, Lauren, Tanner, Shianne, Nicolette, Jonica and Jim G. My favorite instructors in Santa Barbara are Garth and Natasha. The only instructor I dislike at any CorePower is Cerrissa at Tustin (she is unfriendly, starts and ends class late, and plays songs with explicit lyrics).
I have taken classes at CorePower Yoga in Orange County, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Hawaii. I would 100% recommend CorePower Yoga to anyone who enjoys a physically demanding version of yoga.

Cleanliness! This is my home studio i call now, i love the staff. They are supportive! I love all the poses they teach us and i love how they remind us how to deal with life, they have very supporting thoughts. And we all need reminders a times to slow down and remember. Thank you!~

This was my first hot yoga class in almost 10 years and Ashley was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable! I loved the different modifications and challenges she gave us so we could be in our own comfort level, and I felt amazing and relaxed after her class! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back- Thank you Ashley!
I like the collective energy of the class as a whole and the dynamic presence of our Yoga Instructor, Shawna! She made the class fun as she walked us through some of the most difficult yoga poses. If you want challenging abs workout. this is the go-to class to take. You will really work out your core. I was drenched with sweat and post work out endorphins at the end of class. My overall experience was amazing! I felt energized, strong, and rejuvenated.
