I am a huge fan of Core Power at Fashion Island. The ease of location, pleasing physical environment and overall warm and welcoming community are some of the reasons I am such a fan. From the moment I walk in the door I am warmly greeted and made to feel at home. Everyone is so kind and then there is the yoga. The infrared heat at this studio suits my body perfectly. It is hot but not overwhelming. The classes are professional, always taught with care and the variety of levels makes this the perfect spot for all. I love my yoga community here:)
Yoga class gave me a real physical workout, in breathing technique made me feel calmer and better relaxed.
The only negative thing I have is I took a class
With Wendy.Marie on Friday and there was a couple in the back that continued to go in and out at least 10 times during HPF. this is extremely disrespectful and disruptive to others. Additionally they do their
Own workout and do not do what the class is doing which is also disruptive to others. My hope is
Someone with speak with them.
I told Wendy about it and she said to talk to Danica because she has complained about them before and nothing has happened. They continue this behavior. Thank you.

I like that I know what I can expect from every class and that no matter the location, I'm going to get a good workout! I especially like the core work in the middle of class.

Jill is such an amazing instructor. Her voice is just so soothing. Her pace is perfect. She reminds me to breathe at the perfect time when I need to. She pushes me to do more, but at the same time she gives me alternatives for the days I’m just not feeling it. Whether it’s cp1 or cp2 I always enjoy her class
Thank you for having PIA sub some of the sculpt classes at Fashion Island. It is awesome to hear that others feel the same way I do about her. I hear students walking in that clearly are traveling to the studio to take her class. After class, the students are heard saying positive things about the class. I always feel welcomed from the minute I walk in from Pia. The class is always well throughout and a safe place to practice. She knows how to balance making the class a challenge but yet OK to modify if needed with emphasis on listening to your body. Her Routines are effective and the music is soooo good. Please have PIA more at your studio! I will be there.

I really appreciate the "vibe" at the Mission Viejo studio. The staff is friendly and so are the clients. Danica runs a good ship there and I appreciate all that she does to make sure it is a well run place to practice yoga.

Pia: She has been a sub for some of your sculpt classes lately. I have been driving down to attend because she is AMAZING! From her warm check-in, her approach from beginning to end, creates a safe, fun, and effective environment. My body craves her classes b/c when I leave, I have so much energy, feel accomplished and appreciated as a customer.

I had a great experience at CorePower Yoga. The instructor was very careful and attentive throughout the class. He gave very clear instructions that were easy to follow, especially for beginners. I appreciate how he made sure everyone understood the poses and practiced safely. The class was well organized, welcoming, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The instructors especially Lexus is very good! Her classes are hard but very worthwhile the heat is good and it’s challenging ! I feel like I had the best workout :)

Sophie was incredible teacher and guide through our yoga sculpt! She was communicative, positive, and easy to follow and learn from. She empowered me to have an incredible day, and everyone should take her class. She is a phenomenal talent.

A very nice class after a long week of work and exercising.
Since my first class earlier this year I have felt welcome. The instructors are all encouraging no matter where you are in your yoga journey and always make me feel right at home.
I particularly love the music selections that all the instructors choose that works seamlessly with the flow of class. Whether it’s some high pumping bass music that helps me stay on beat during sculpt or meditative instrumentals during power fusion and C2 I always enjoy the flow.
In addition to losing 20+ lbs in 2 months from going 3-4 times per week in between lifting, I can tell I’m gaining calmness and wisdom about my body (along with new friends).
Last but not least the studio stays clean. I love the HBCP studio and staff. Going here has been a great investment in my self.
Great teachers and a range of types of classes that appeal to me.
Love the variety of levels and styles that the instructors bring to the table. Almost always facilities are clean and functional. It feels good to walk in to the studio and ALWAYS finding a welcoming face in the front desk.
