Friendly, knowledgeable yoga teachers and manager. Enjoyed the lobby and yoga room environment. My class was perfect amount of challenge and ease. Cues for yoga postures excellent. Peak pose was challenging King Pigeon with excellent teaching cues for success and also students invited to stay at level that meets their needs. I appreciated the teachers ability to use theme and intention. She did not over preach which was really nice and authentic.

The diversity of classes and instructors mostly. Not everyone practices yoga the same or has the same goals. I love that I am also able to find an instructor on the schedule that fits my practice.

I'm new to hot yoga, and the experience was more enjoyable than I expected. The instructor was awesome and encouraging. The studio amenities are clean and the staff is welcoming! I need to incorporate this into a weekly habit.

I was very worried about COVID transmission when returning to any sort of in-person classes. While I would feel safer in classes where vaccination is required, I do think that the heat and humidity in the yoga studios is helpful to reducing viral transmission. The classes and instructors are excellent, but without greater protections - like requiring vaccines - it still feels like a gamble to resume taking classes with any sort of regular frequency.

Teacher was great and locker room was nice. Class wasn’t as hot as I’m used to in Santa Barbara.
