I love CorePower - it has really been life changing for me since I joined in the summer! I wish we would have gotten some communication around who won our local studio prize for the power of love challenge.. I called corporate to ask how we’d find out about the results and they said we’d all get a communication about who won but I never saw anything 😊 it was pretty difficult for me to get to 20 classes in Feb as I work full time and have 2 young kiddos so I wish I knew how that all played out. Anyway, a small thing and I love CorePower and I’m constantly bringing buddies to try it out! Keep up the good work!

I did the free trial and I’ve never really done yoga before. The sequence was easy to follow and challenging. It was a great workout and Brenton did a great job leading the class

The Tustin, Ca studio is warm and inviting. The instructors are friendly and encouraging. The environment is peaceful and yet filled with energy.

I like the even distribution of the load on all muscle groups, combined with plasticity, and warming up the body, so it is more elastic.
Instructors like Amber and Alexis are fantastic. The heat is much better at this studio, but there is a lot of paint and minor maintenance that needs to be taken care of.
The teacher was very good. The classroom was wonderful because it was huge and there was a lot of space. I would have liked it a little bit hotter, but I really, really like it very, very common

The class selection is extensive, offering great flexibility in hours. As a newcomer to Yoga, this has allowed me to explore various aspects and find the right fit particularly in Core 2, Core Power Fusion and Core Restore classes.
The teachers are generally well-trained and I highly recommend Sophia! From day one, she has shown exceptional patience, support, and professionalism. She is truly one of CorePower's best assets. I will continue to encourage more friends to join this journey towards well-being.
