The space is brand new, with a sleek, modern design that combines clean lines and soft, calming colors. The studio is not only visually appealing but also creates a relaxing, serene environment that makes it easy to unwind.
The studio is spotless, with newish mats and blocks. The ambiance sets the perfect tone for a centered and mindful practice. Definitely a place to check out for both the space and the experience!
Nicolette and Melissa were very helpful in getting my membership activated and putting me in touch with account manager to facilitate the best options for me. The Core 2 class was perfect for my recovery journey after recent knee surgery.
The reception was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you. I didn't see a shower is that in the back and I missed it. I saw lockers.

Lydia was amazing! Loved the energy and the mindfulness. I’ve been practicing since 2010 and have seen how much CPY changed and gone through its various phases. It’s hard to find an instructor who focus on the mind body connection. It’s not about how you look in certain positions but the alignment and also listening to the body is so key. Brought a friend who is recovering from a car accident and we all loved Lydia! Hopefully she can have more classes :)

Studio is large and accommodates all students. Danica is an excellent instructor, not only with the physical movements she teaches, but also with the intentions and post class messages she expresses.
I LOVE CPY. I Love the teachers and classes. HPF is my FAVE. I like the consistency of classes and the set sequences. But I also enjoy the creativity of C2/C3. Danika ROCKS as studio Manager too! Keep it up MV!

What I like most about CorePower Yoga is the variety in both the classes and the instructors. Each teacher brings their own energy—some classes are foucsed on internal and external strenghtening, and some help me decompress, while others are more intense and push me to work hard. It’s great having options that fit how I’m feeling. Whether I need to clear my head or just want a solid workout, there’s always a class that hits the spot. Just love this place
