I love sculpt yoga. Definitely my favorite class. Strength has been fun as well. I’m hoping with some more times available I’d be able to make it to. I like having the weight work outs available along with the hot yoga. Awesome mix. Incredible teachers
The teachers are all amazing. The schedule allows for so much flexibility. Most importantly, the studio manager Amber is awesome. The studio is clean and I feel part of a family there.

clean, has a good variety of classes, feels safe, and has ample parking.
The Woodbridge location is always calming the moment you walk in the door. The team is so kind and helpful. Ashlyn and Pauline consistently host challenging and unique classes that I always look forward to.
It’s a magical place with magical instructors!! Every instructor has their own flavor in class !!!
At the studio the front desk are very welcoming and smiley !

The studio is very clean and everyone is very friendly. I took the Core Restore class on Tuesday and it was amazing. The instructor, Kennedi was so kind and clear with all of her instructions. Look forward to taking more classes.

Love the variety of class times, so many opportunities to get to a class every day. I’ve been a member for almost a year and have never had an instructor that wasn’t great. I also really appreciate the size of the locker/shower room, never have to worry about waiting for a shower to open up after class. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to join the studio.
