The heat in the rooms is awesome. Also, I am very impressed with the way that the teachers instruct the classes and make sure that each body part is addressed the proper way as you are doing the poses. That is very important.!
I loved it! The energy of the instructors and yogi’s in the class is awesome. It keeps me motivated to keep pushing hard in class.

Lisa is one of the BEST teachers Corepower has!! I have been teaching and taking for many years and you can tell she is well trained teaching weekly different things offering intensifications and modifications along with good cues, breathing etc. I will always take her class. PLEASE hire more trained teachers!! Most don't know how to teach an all level class. Thanks!!

I like that HB offers classes after 8pm. Works with my schedule.

The music in the hot yoga is always nice, so I tend to take those classes.
I would like to take the other classes if the music was no louder than the teachers voice.
Also, there should be no profanity in the music and actually, there should be no vocals to the music at all that would interfere with the words of the instructor.
