I really enjoyed the C2 class I was able to attend yesterday. I really do think having an extra set of hands in class help as the adjusters, I really appreciated the extra help to get a pose correct.

Great locker room! Well trained instructors, and variety in the classes

I have been practicing with CPY since 2008. Regarding the West Loop Studio - I would like to see an HPF class in the morning (9am or 10am) during the week. In regards to general CPY classes, it would be nice to see a new class - I usually take the HPF and Sculpt classes but after awhile I seem to get bored with the classes and lose interest.

I love the cleanliness of the studio and bathrooms. The instructors are very welcoming and inclusive.

I thought the staff was very helpful and outgoing at the reception and I found the teaching to be well balanced and paced.

Very friendly staff and welcoming environment. I appreciate the quiet studios and environment. I have been to other core power studios that feel very cliquey.

Jessica was wonderful! She helped sign me up and explained all the classes to me. Jessica was also very knowlegable about the different yoga mats and which one would be best for a beginner like me.

The staff was extremely welcoming. The teacher of the class was excellent, given it was my first time doing in yoga in a while I was challenged but felt completely at ease.

I appreciate how willing the staff was to accommodate me to their program. I am new to yoga and they made me feel very comfortable. I really enjoyed the C1 class with Stacey. She is a wonderful teacher. I also had a great time with Brandy in hot yoga...it was my first time and it was challenging, and she helped me through it!

Overall, I feel like I get a great work out at corepower yoga. It is a great balance of exercise and relaxation.
