The trainers are so experienced and really spend time to keep our classes relevant and challenging. The support staff keep the facility well maintained and always well stocked.

I love the Chip!! She's super encouraging! She provides tough workouts with plenty options if you can't do a specific move. I really enjoy Corepower yoga.

Love the class format and instructors! Really effective workout. Nice studio location and easy parking for the city. My only feedback is the locker room could be a little cleaner and lockers need updates.

Carmilla is the BEST! If it weren’t for her so wouldn’t even go to Core PY. She is truly the best instructor I have ever had. She has transformed my body. I don’t know how she is always getting the class motivated and challenges every class. I love her classes.
