Great instructor and great facilities!
The staff are really helpful and nice. The instructors are very welcoming. It was my first class and the instructor was very constructive with her feedback. I felt very comfortable. Best of all, easy parking.

The teachers at CorePower West loop are phenomenal! I especially connected with Allison S's Hot Power Fusion class. She was excellent, helpful, provided an intention and walked us through each pose flawlessly. Her energy is contagious.
When I arrived at 6:28 Monday morning, I was the only one in the class. That did NOT stop Susan W from guiding me through my 3rd day in a row of CorePower. Because of her, I am now on my 7th day (trying to make 30)!! She was AWESOME!
Lastly, Howard is unlike any instructor I have taken before! He assisted us and challenged us through the whole class... can't wait to take ALL THREE of their classes next week!
