location is great - parking could be better but it's a hard problem to solve given the location - the space is good enough - the timing of the various classes, along w the staff, teachers and the content of the classes are great and keep me inspired to continue my fitness journey. thanks!

I absolutely love the West Loop studio for many reasons - the community, instructors, cleanliness, etc. I will continue to come to the West Loop location over others that are closer because it is that great. Carmilla in particular is one of the best instructors I've ever gone to, I wish she still had the Saturday spot!

Natalee’s Candlelight Friday C2 class is the best - it’s the only yoga class I’ll go to. Great teacher, good movements, excellent music.

Diane’s Sculpt is also great for the same reasons. Music, teaching, energy.

I love the instructors and the people who go to this studio. I also love that studio 1 has windows - there's nothing better than seeing the sun come through during class! Carmilla is the absolute best instructor I have ever gone to in all of my time at Core Power. I will continue to go to classes she is the instructor for until she (hopefully never!) leaves the studio.

It's my therapy. I feel very restored after I go to a class.

I always look forward to the challenge the respective trainers offer each class. Carmilla,Bianca, J.C., Nicole, Eleanor and so many more always challenge me and, considering how early the class is, so positive and happy to see us. The studio is always maintained and ready for class and students.

Emily's class was so great! It was very tough, but still manageable for someone who had never tried CorePower before.

I only buy packages to take Carmilla's classes. She's the best.

Carmilla and the Chicago sculpts are simply the best. I wish the Phoenix CPYs could compare.

Highly recommended. I mainly visited to take Elizabeth Staa’s class since i used to take her online class. She did not disappoint. She is an excellent instructor.

Great experience

We had a substitute for the Sculpt class and she kicked our butts. Nonstop movement, high heart rate/ intensity held throughout class.

This was hands down one of the best classes I’ve ever taken. It was engaging, challenging, and a fun learning experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and taught me so many new things. I left feeling accomplished, proud, euphoric, and happy. I would def make this my regular Friday class. So freaking good.

Carmilla is the best

Love this studio. The steamed room always feels so nice. I’ve been to the south loop location and the vents seem like actual hot air. This location feels like clean steamed air. And the instructors are so helpful and guided.

Akshita was amazing - I was sore for days!! I was considering renewing my membership but then she said she won't be back until mid April! It's so hard to find good instructors, when I do find someone I like they leave or their classes are packed. Also water, towels and mats are ridiculously over price. Member should receive some type of discount or allow one free mat rental per month. Now the bathrooms - they are pretty filthy CPY needs to hire an actual cleaning service not girls who are looking for a discount on their membership. For the price of the membership and even drop in classes we should not be walking into hair all over the floor, toilet paper on the floor and no locks available or broken lockers.

Great instructions

All the classes I have attended have been great. I've been going to CorePower consistently for at least 2-3 times a week for a few months now. My blood pressure was borderline high before I started and lately my blood pressure is normal. I feel great! Carmilla's classes are challenging but they are fun!
