Very helpful and knowledgable staff. They have a great variety of clothes, jewelry, and yoga accessories. At my very first class, I mentioned a back injury and my instructor Bridget helped me make the appropriate modifications. The C1 class was fun and engaging, and I cannot wait to try more classes, like the candle light yoga!
Kelly was a great teacher - she made class enjoyable and made me want to come back. Also, the facilities are also very clean.
My teacher Virginia was very welcoming and helpful in getting me started on my first time in the studio. She took time to get to know me and made me feel very comfortable.

I immediately loved the atmosphere when I walked in! Everything was very clean and welcoming. The C2 class was a great workout, but still incorporated the breath control and mind/body awareness that I love about more restorative yoga classes. Overall, it was a great way to begin my day and I can't wait to attend more classes!

The studio is clean and bright, the layout is much roomier than other CPY's I have been to. The parking lot helps as well!
