Staff is very nice and instructors are very helpful. Stephanie at the West Loop locations was helping me during class. She could tell I was struggling on some moves and brought me blocks.

The instructors were very accommodating while the Bucktown studio was under renovation. Appreciated the flexibility to deal with larger classes and a welcoming spirit.

Everyone was super helpful and extremely nice. It was my very first time doing yoga and I felt the instructor worked extremely well to get me going.

Instructor was great. Slowed down instruction on inversions which was extremely helpful in approaching crow in a different way. Facilities were great!

Great classes. West Loop studio specifically, there are a ton of classes to choose from throughout the day which is so convenient. Also the studio space is very nice/clean.
