I went to my sculpt on Thursday, which was led by Carmella. SHE. IS. INSANE! And I absolutely loved it! I was sore for 2 days afterwards, and hope to experience this more often. I'll be returning to your classes!

Instructors are fantastic

The staff is always very nice, the place is clean and the rooms are great. I like West Loop because it is not over crowded and there are plenty of convenient class times.

I have been there twice now and each time I felt as if the instructors took extra time to make sure to help me make minor improvements to my form which have helped tremendously. The facility is great and besides a few stinky rental mats, everything seems to be perfect!

First time trying yoga. The instructor did really well teaching a newbie while keeping pace with the class. Studio was in great shape as well. I will be returning!

Good ambiance, instruction and facilities

I like that there is a 7:30am class, South loop does not.
The smaller rooms seem to heat up better than other locations.
Appreciate the kindness and welcoming atmosphere. Other locations give a different vibe. Not that I care about "fitting in" but other locations give me an impression they are too trendy and only welcome a certain type of person.
The parking is a big plus!

Absolutely loved the music! Personally love working out to Daddy Yankee and Pitbull which is what she played during class.

What a wonderful team you have there. The teacher was excellent. The welcome when I walked in the door was excellent. The space is excellent. Just a perfect Saturday class on a gloomy day.

I think you have to put a max of people in each class. if the class is too crowded, it becomes stinky and unsanitary.

Beautiful studio, very clean and organized. Instructor/front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I just moved to the west loop area so it was my first time at this studio and was feeling a little nervous but felt better after being greeted so warmly.

I love the C2 classes. The studio is calm and beautiful and a great way to start out my morning.
