The instructor was great and then the facility was clean. However i wish someone had mentioned where everything was located in the studio when I arrived. I asked where the studio was located and then again about the lockers and would have been nice to hear some direction or a welcome.

Enjoyed Kelly's C2 class on Tuesday at 10am.
My niece, Sarah invited me to join her and her fav instructor. I'm a set member at Old Town, been a member since September 2014. It was a nice change -really liked the intimate studio and the cushioned floor. Kelly was great! 🙏🏻 Name removed

I love Core Power and have been coming for years. Some of the teachers are amazing, however I do feel (especially for the Sculpt classes) the difficulty of the class is totally dependent on the teacher and their style. It would be nice to have a little more level difficulty consistency. Overall, I recommend Core Power (esp West Loop location) to all my friends because the classes aren't overcrowded and it's a great workout!

The instructors are so nice and welcoming! They really helped me with my posture and positions throughout the class. This is the best yoga studio I have ever been to!

Great instructors
I took a sculpt class with McKenzie and it was the best class I’ve ever taken. She was encouraging and challenged me. I felt so accomplished after, and really appreciated her attitude and the way she greeted me when I came to the studio. The experience was great.

It is a great experience for a beginner or expert. The teachers are super knowledgeable and not pretentious about yoga at all which makes it very approachable for all levels of experience. In particular, Maggie Last name removed’s classes have been phenomenal!
