Good people, clean studio- probably should have asked level of experience when going into Core 1 class. It was good but really for beginners- should have been steered to Core #2. Would take only a few seconds at checkin

Ali Brozek taught my hot yoga class on Friday and she was FANTASTIC. She was super clear with directions, loud enough to hear in the back, and made class really fun! Her positive attitude really helped get us through when the class got touch, and she frequently reminded us of alternatives for tougher moves. Also, her playlist was banging!
