The staff is very professional and friendly. The studios are very clean and well organized. The classes are the best in Chicago. They always give me the feeling of accomplishing a great workout along with the stretching and relaxation afterwards.

Challenging classes
My instructor was awesome-- Ali is so fun!! Loved the playlist, the vibe, and the exercises-- it was really challenging, but i always felt like it was doable and within my reach. Thank you!!

Love love love almost everything, but when some sculpt teachers play the offensive, degrading and vulgar rap songs.With corepower consisting of mostly women I don't think the degradation of women in these songs should be acceptable for anyone. I am definitely a fan of the arts, but any one of those songs has a clean version!!!

Carmilla is incredible! After sculpting with Carmilla, I feel strong and empowered. I know when I attend her classes I am making meaningful strides toward my health and wellness goals.
