Very throughal and very friendly.
23 Dec 2019 Inspector Gavin Hutchison attended. He was very qualified & knowledgeable. As of today 21 Jan 2020 ( approve.1 month) , I have not received or heard an documentations from Mr Hutchison as to what energy improvements I should consider doing. He mentioned verbally at time of inspection as what he thought could be improved but nothing official. Is this the normal process ??? I recently phoned & left message for Mr Hutchison but he has not returned call. I would like to improve my home's Energy Efficiency ASAP but do not want to waste $$$ replacing things that maybe don't need replacing.
