Nous avons eu Alain, il nous a donné un service incroyable. Je recommande 1000x cet inspecteur et même on m'a dit (sans avoir pu le tester) que tous les inspecteurs de cette agence est ainsi. Nous avons eu des expliquations de A à Z. Nous ne pouvons pas rêver mieux pour l'achat d'une première maison que le service que nous avons reçu. Un énorme MERCI. Cela a été rassurant et l'inspecteur apportait une touche d'humour qui brisait la glace.
Had a great experience with Amerispec. The inspector was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. They were very detailed, honest, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. The report was clear and helpful, and I felt much more confident moving forward after the inspection.
