It was excellent!
The overall thoroughness of the inspection as well as the overall feedback from the inspection were well explained and helped us make an informed decision to purchase a house. The inspector Andrew was extremely pleasant and easy to work with, making a nerve wracking experience feel like a chat amongst friends. The inspector was very professional and did a thorough job. I thought it was just going to be a few walks through the house but it took him about an hour to complete. He was very methodical and meticulous in handling everything with precision. After he was done he took his time to explain every question to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to recommend them.
