Very professional and trustworthy. The report is easy to read and comprehensive but you learn a lot from the Inspector while the inspection is occurring as well. They represent our interest as the purchasers and catch the things that matter in a purchase.

First off Chris was extremely friend, polite and thorough. He explained the process of the inspection and came very well prepared to complete the inspection leaving nothing unturned. Excellent Technician- Friendly reliable. In today's world where this is lacking this is greatly noted and appreciated. Truly seems like he cares about his job and wants to do the best thing for the consumer. Based upon this I would highly recommend this technician and/or the company that he works for to anyone who asks.
Arrived 2.5 hours earlier than appointment time with 5 minutes notice. Had to leave work earlier than planned which costs myself a considerable amount of money.
