The inspection team member who came to our home to complete the energy audit was professional and explained each step of the process clearly for us as he completed the work.
Booking was easy and Technician arrived when scheduled. I found both Technicians to be very friendly and well knowledged. They explained the process and made suggestions that was easy to understand. I was very impressed.

The man who came to our house was very polite and respectful. He explained everything to me before he did it and asked permission to do things instead of barging around our property.
Professional
He was very prompt & courteous. Very knowledgeable.
Rep who came to house was very helpful and even helped me try to troubleshoot a seperate house noise issue.
The inspector was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Let’s just say the experience left me with serious doubts about going ahead with the program. The man that came was not fully trained or experienced enough. I doubt his report would be accurate.
