Steve Sugars was fantastic through all steps of the process. I calle dhim multiple times to clarify information and ask advice which he always provided. He explained things clearly and was very responsive. It was a great experience.

My appointment was for 12:30pm and the inspectors arrived over an hour early. Luckily I was home however if I was not home, they could have completed the exterior inspection first.
They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I got an appointment within 3 weeks of my initial phone call.

I liked how quickly you were able to come out and get my inspection done so that I was eligible for the government grant for a new furnace/ heat pump.
Emily was very friendly and explained everything she was doing in my home. It is not easy allowing a stranger into my home but she made the process very easy and less stressful.
The whole process from making the initial appointment time to the evaluation was very efficient.
We had such great service! Reg Deck was absolutely fantastic, this was our first time buying a home and ever getting an inspection and we were quite nervous and lost, Reg was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable he was able to teach us so much and made us feel comfortable with everything, we are also new to the area and he was more then happy to tell us what is around the area and what is great to check out ! We had our 5 year old with us and she was of course sometimes getting in the way as kids do Reg was patient and kind and even involved her in somethings showing her how his cool tools worked ! I was beyond happy with our service and would absolutely recommend this service and Reg to anybody
