Darcy was very thorough with our home inspection. Everything was mentioned on our report from structural to cosmetic issues. He even ran every single appliance to ensure they were in working order.
He took the time during our walkthrough to explain everything to us, and to make sure that we understood exactly what he was talking about. We never felt rushed and all of our questions were answered without any judgement on our level of knowledge.
For things that needed to be addressed, he gave us multiple options on how to address it. He suggested professional services, but also gave us tips on things we could do to address issues on our own when it was applicable to save money where we could.
