The inspection was done thoroughly and professionally. Chris pinpointed all of the things that required our attention and consulted us on the next steps in terms of repairs. Overall service was excellent and I definitely would recommend this service to those who are looking for a home inspection done right.

I need an inspection on a certain day and time and they accommodated me immediately. The inspector did not leave anything out of the report and summary and it was all in understandable language
L'inspecteur Étienne était très gentil, il a répondu à toutes mes questions. Son travail est correct, il n'y a rien à ajouter, il suit les règles de la compagnie. Je trouve cependant que plusieurs items ne sont pas considérés dans votre inspection, ce qui rend votre rapport incomplet par rapport au prix de ce rapport.
Very detailed in their inspections. Don’t mind getting asked questions during. Gives verbal feedback. Pictures of all areas. Inspection report was given quickly and very detailed.

Inspection was arranged very quickly under a tight deadline. Gary was very professional, answered all of my questions, and provided further advice after the inspection was completed regarding an outstanding issue with the fireplace.
