Énormément d'éléments soulevés mais sans vraiment de jugements de la part de la firme (évaluateur) à savoir si ce sont des éléments critiques ou moins critiques. Tous les points soulevés sont abordés avec les mêmes recommendations (sans se mouiller) sans nuances. On voit clairement que le rapport est bâti avec un ''template'' à peine ajusté pour chaque mandat. Très décevant pour $1000, nous ne recommanderions clairement pas AmeriSpec aux acheteurs potentiels que nous connaissons.
Aucun suivi suite à l'inspection... pas de retour d'appel pour questionnement suite à l'obtention du rapport.
Possiblement que l’inspecteur soit moins alarmiste (tout en restant rigoureux).

Very knowledgeable and upfront and honest about every aspect of any issues in a house. You can’t find anyone that does as great of a job as Chris Hill from AmeriSpec!!
David was amazing and we are super thankful we went with his services. Since we are first time home owners David took the time to walk us through everything within the house and providing us with great detail with the septic. David was funny and very professional throughout the inspection. We would HIGHLY recommend David for house/septic inspection.

Our inspector Terry squeezed us in to get the inspection done before our deadline. He wa extremely thorough and efficient. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a home inspection! Grade A service!

The representative seemed to have limited knowledge and was difficult to communicate with.
We received conflicting information from the initial phone call to the inspector attending as to whether the water tank would qualify.
Outstanding attention to detail, interest in educating owners about all aspects of their home, patience and next level friendly, honest professionalism. Hard to imagine anyone else coming close.
The following was not identified: 1. Low water pressure, 2. Clogged water filter, 3. disconnected back up sump pump, with disconnected batteries at eye level in garage. 4. 4’ length of power cable hanging out of house beneath chimney with no receptacle attached.
