James was very nice and the info provided was detailed and thorough.
Very thorough and detailed. Walk through was well explained. Only suggestion is to have each photo labeled as to the location for ease of understanding while reading the report. Other than that great inspection and fairly priced.

Nous avons reçu un excellant service. Le retour à ma demande de soumission s’est fait en moins de 15 min. J’ai tout de suite eu un RDV qui me convenait et le rapport de 141 pages avec tous les détails était soumis le lendemain. L’inspecteur était très professionnel et s’est rendu sur place 30 minutes a l’avance. L’inspection du toit a été fait avec un drone et il m’a expliqué chacun des points. Le cartable offert à la fin de la visite était très utile pour l’entretient général de la maison. En plus, le prix taxes incluses était le plus des 3 autres prix que j’avais obtenu (avant taxes). Je recommande a 1000%
