As a small business owner I suggest the following: Your main office music recording while on hold is quite irritating, there are better options out there.
It would also be helpful to get a more prompt call back from the inspector to ensure your business doesn't go to a competitor.

Josh was fantastic. he was super professional and explained every step and the associated options. He was very thorough and answered every question we had, in a very confusing process regarding the government rebates. Would definitely recommend asking for Josh.

Chris has been fantastic, he even took the time to answer a question I had on a Sunday. He has gone out of his way to protect our best interests when we were looking for a heat pump that met the criteria. He discovered while the heat pump met the criteria, he noticed it had came up with a different manufacturer on the government web site. This could have eliminated the heat pump from the rebate and would have been disastrous. Many thanks for your knowledge, professionalism, and a most caring and patient demeanour.

The inspector was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and completed the energy audit in a timely manner.
