We appreciate the info that David was able to document in that we have bought a property sight unseen. David's report gave us the confidence to put in an offer with no conditions which has been accepted. Thank you very much for the promptness and apparent thoroughness. We will be correcting the noted deficiencies soon after taking possession.

First name removed was very helpful and thorough. He even gave me some insight into problems that were unrelated when they came up in conversation.
The booking was quick and efficient! Robin Holmes was kind, thorough and patient throughout the whole inspection! He took his time to explain all the details and elaborated on all my questions. The report arrived later that evening, before midnight, even though my inspection ended at 7pm!
