Very thorough review of the home. Attention to details was very high.
Je ne pouvais etre present (regle covid 19)alors c'est difficile de vous recommandez .
Don was highly professional and very friendly. He highlighted many issues and was able to explain them in a way that we were able to understand. He also presented options for timelines for which things needed to be fixed/replaced. We ultimately did not proceed on putting an offer on the house because of the issues that Don highlighted and we are grateful for that. We will be using his services again hopefully in the near future.
