The guy who did our inspection, I believe his name was Jacob, he was so awesome and informative and made us feel very comfortable having him in our home.
Very thorough, polite and kind. Very Honest when asking for air quality testing that isn’t cheap and him saying that he does not think it is necessary at this time as he didn’t suspect an air quality issue that we couldn’t fix on our own.
