He was very prompt to the time that was expected him to be there. Also very respectful and did his job very efficiently .
Dave was very personable and thorough and explained his findings/recommendations in very easy to understand ways. He also offered good advice on things to look out for in the future and some preventative actions we can take to mitigate any issues.
