Good communication from Trish Joyce. Linto Thomas was nice to work with.
The appointment was arranged quickly. Chris is quite knowledgeable about the audit and all the processes around the audit, both from a technical point of view and procedurally.

Punctual, friendly, and explained things well.
Mr Fong is very professional and kind.
They are very friendly and prompt when it comes to the day and time of arrival, the work is done with little inconvenience to the home owner. I have recommended this process already to family who have since followed through and await the work to be done at their homes.
