Amanda was thorough and took the time to answer questions and explain things like condensation on windows.
Three weeks to get an appointment and two weeks to get the report is a very long time when people are in need of quickly applying for the rebates and government loan programs.
Long drawn out process, and I still haven't received my results from the inspection. Feels like a waste of money, I might miss out on the government rebates because of lack of response from amerispec.

Horrible experience, Rob not returning calls or emails. It took 6 months just to schedule a final inspection. Calls to the main office dont do anything. Did not reply to a BBB inquiry. Horrible, horrible experience. Excuse was the global warming. Why did it take so long just to schedule a final inspection??
