Lonti was professional and kind in his manner of performing his duties. He was informative and respectful of our home.
Even those he was detained at the call before us, he showed good customer service by letting us know that he was running behind.
I am just waiting for the Report. I would recommend AmeriSpec.
Came out on a Sunday because we had a short time line. Prepared and discussed the inspection in detail . Impressive.
