Blair was able to fit us in on a short turn-around ahead of the solar panels arriving. He was courteous and thorough, and interfered as little as possible while two of us (a lawyer and a teacher) worked from home.

Le fait d’avoir un rapport ne nous indique pas le montant de l’investissement des rénovations, comme je dois faire affaire avec un contracteur et dans la période de folie dans l’immobilier, il est difficile d’avoir un estimé des travaux dans les délais de 10 jours prévus pour une réponse au vendeur, j’aurais aimé pouvoir avoir un idée des coûts et cela même en devant payer une surprime,
Avec le cahier des rénovations j’en ai pour 60,000$ avec un contracteur général sans permis 25000$ et j’attends un deuxième résultat avant d’acheter,
Si j’avais eu multiple acheteur j’aurais sûrement perdu cette maison car je dois m’appuyer sur des variables que je ne sais pas analyser

Right from speaking on the phone to the office, to the auditor, everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. The energy audit in my home was well done, all was explained to us beginning to end.
I must say, Marc was very thorough. I also appreciated that he spoke to both myself and my husband. Generally I get ignored.
