I appreciated Rick's thoroughness and his knowledge base. I found him to be approachable and easy to work with. I let him walk the premises and then was able to follow up once he was done his inspection. He was willing to answer all questions I had, as well as all of the questions that my mom had asked me to pass along. :)

J’avais l’impression que l’inspecteur voulait me vendre le condo tellement tout n’était pas grave.
Je ne sais pas s’il aurait sortie le détecteur d’humidité si je ne lui avais pas dit qu’il semblait y avoir quelque chose.
