Hassle free as a homeowner I was barely involved in the process other than answering some questions and showing around the house. I have kids and dogs and our home inspector Chris was great with all of it. Very efficient and super personable. It was a very thorough yet time efficient process.

Fast, very accommodating, responded in an emergency
Glenn was so helpful over the phone to help me understand what a home inspection entails and the services they offer. Jason, the inspector, did a very thorough job and walked us through every detail, explaining it in ways that would make sense to a first time homebuyer. His report came with pictures, notes, and actionable next steps. 10/10 recommend!

We never received a home inspection report and Cory Jacques (Winnipeg branch) will not answer our calls/ emails and it’s been 9 months since our home inspection. We called the head office in Ontario and they never got back to us. Thinking this whole business is a scam.

Il nous mettait à l’aise durant la période passé avec lui et c’était fluide comme visite tout était bien organisé et nous expliquait ce qu’il faisait et pourquoi, donc nous avions les informations sur le coup également que dans le rapport. This is survey is coming too early in your service package, i.e., it is only half done in that the inspection is complete, but not the report. Without the report I can't properly evaluate your service.

Nous avons reçu un excellent service de la part de l’inspecteur Phillip chez AmeriSpec. Très professionnel, attentif et rigoureux tout au long de l’inspection et des suivis de la maison. Il prenait toujours le temps de bien expliquer chaque point afin de s’assurer que tout était clair et bien compris. Le rapport d’inspection a également été transmis rapidement, en moins de 24 heures. Une expérience très positive du début à la fin. Je recommande fortement ses services
