I had an excellent experience with AmeriSpec Inspection Services, and I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially Energy Advisor Mr. Donovan O’Halloran.
Donovan’s work was truly meticulous. He conducted a very thorough investigation of our home that lasted approximately three hours, taking the time to examine every detail carefully and making sure he was getting the right measurements.
Our house had been damaged by an ice dam, and we were working under tight timelines to obtain a report before starting any repairs in order to qualify for an energy rebate. Donovan was incredibly understanding of our situation and went out of his way to prioritize our case, which is deeply appreciated. The final report was detailed, well-organized, and extremely informative. Beyond its immediate purpose, I highly recommend this service to all homeowners, whether or not they are applying for a rebate, because it provides a much deeper understanding of the home and helps identify areas that may require monitoring, maintenance, or repair. After doing a lot of research, I am very glad we chose AmeriSpec Inspection Services. Thank you again to Donovan and the AmeriSpec team for your outstanding work.

Andrew did our inspection and i highly recommend him. He was early for our scheduled appointment but not too early, which i really appreciated. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.
He explained everything to us ahead of time and went over what needed fixing after the inspection.

The company email requesting a rating about how you did before the process is complete is premature. The follow-up emails that I had not yet completed your requested survey, (again before the process was complete)...annoying. I would hesitate to recommend the company to a friend as I would not want to subject them to the repeated emails.

When the entire process is complete, the follow-up assessment has been administered and the rebate has been issued.

Both David and Rick were extremely thorough during the inspection we had the other day. We needed both a home and septic inspection, and they spent over 3 hours going through everything in detail. They took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we understood every part of the process. On top of that, they were great to be around, very personable and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend their services!
