Inspector was very easy to work with and helpful. But the cost of the post-rent audit was much too high for what was involved. He only needed to be here for 15 min.
Hi, we completed your audit journey with professionalism. The 15 minutes may seem quick however if you only completed minimal upgrades the follow-up can be quick. Regardless, there are numerous steps we complete prior to, during, and after the visits which does justify our fees. Don't forget you recieve back $600.00 in fees from the rebates.

It was a normal Inspection and the Pearson doing the inspection was very professional and clear of what he was doing and why he was doing it ,pointed out to me all the weak points in the house and how best to fix the problem .
