AmeriSpec is becoming my favourite inspection company.
As at the time of the first inspection, inspector’s visit was scheduled promptly and within the short waiting period - just a week or so after my call.
Steve, assigned inspector, arrived at the scheduled time and quickly proceeded to the required tasks. In my case it was inspection related to the retrofit - 25 new windows installation completion in our home.
Steve executed all scheduled technical tests and verifications, explained to me major results and the benefits we gained with this retrofit, collected required documentation about each installed window and advised on the new inspection report arrival dates and government related rebate expectation dates.
I am very happy to know AmeriSpec inspection company and especially, their inspector - Steve Swaisland.

Pleasant and knowledgeable Inspector. Very thorough and explanatory of what he was doing and why. The phone conversations with any individual staff member were pleasant and explanatory. We had a heat pump in another province and had an unsatisfactory experience with it. We realize that was 8 years ago and the heat pumps are more advanced and suppliers and installers well versed now. Certainly would reccomend this company.

we felt that our inspector was a little unclear in the initial assessment about what we could do to improve air leakage in our home. we therefore didn't get a good reading on our final assent for air leakage (which was disappointing as we felt like we had done a pretty good job)
