Waiting for call that I was to receive on or about 10/17/22 in regard to repairs on my RV.

Overall the service performed was okay, however the following items disappointed me and resulted in me removing some points from the score I provided.
The winterizing was performed and there was no mention on the invoice if the intermediate bearing housing was lubricated or greased as part of the process. I realize Yamaha may not include specifics on that being part of the routine maintenance process however the grease fitting is there for a reason and the manual does state it should be done every 6 months or 100 hours (page 177). It should have been done this recent visit considering you have not seen the boat in over a year. I would have preferred that been done as part of the winterizing process or asked if I wanted to have that done. It really should have been offered to me.
Secondly, the batteries were disconnected and only the positive terminals were removed, not the negatives. The negatives should have been removed as well. Plus, the batteries are not labeled house or start and I am not sure which to reconnect to in the spring. If the negatives are still connected, and the positives touch metal, won't there be a short or spark which could be a problem for the electrical system possibly?
The hull was acid washed to remove the freshwater residue from the hull. It was clean overall, but for being cleaned off the trailer, it was not up to my expectations. There is still residue along the hull chines that probably could have been better removed with some additional scrubbing.
Lastly, the rear boarding ladder is not operating and I was informed that while it may be warrantied by Yamaha, your dealer was not willing to submit the claim because if it was refused, the service department would have to pay for it. I asked if instead of mailing the ladder part, if pictures could have been sent instead to avoid sending the actual part. This may help to avoid any miscellaneous charges and the rep just looked at me blankly with no response. Either way, my ladder still does not function.
I understand your dealership may be short staffed like so many other businesses. Maybe the reps and techs are new possibly too and could use additional training. Maybe they are experienced but are just really busy. However, I paid for a service and was not fully satisfied with what I received and cannot give a 10 rating as a result.
I should be fully satisfied considering that I want to build an ongoing service relationship with your company, and the amount of money I spent on that service, including the time and effort involved. The service rep made mention I did not buy the boat from you guys. Let me clarify that You did not have any boats on the ground or in route at the time I purchased mine otherwise I would have gladly purchased it from you. And your sales team did not even return a few of my calls at the time. I should not be penalized for this when I am willing to forge a relationship with you now and move forward. I tell everyone that has one or is interested in a Yamaha boat, that I get mine serviced through you and so far have given you glowing reviews up until now, including Google.
Anything you can do to help me is appreciated.

Staff is very knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. Always call back in a timely manner to answer any questions. Storing our boat there for the winter is a big plus & convenient location as well.
My appointment was scheduled and work was completed when it was supposed to be. The Service Representatives were flexible in working with me to schedule the appointment around our camping trips.

we bought our 2019 Avenger ATI as a leftover in 2020..with the extended warrantee @ 2k something. Last year we had to have the roof sealed at 750 dollars, and this year we have to have the front corner checked out for water damage, you gave us an estimate of 650.00. The warrantee doesn't cover either ofcourse. This is totally rediculous. Not happy, staff there is great, but we're kind of disgusted. You could make me a cash offer for the camper.
I like the communication and the warm welcome we get when we visit Alpin Haus. The service dept (special shout out to Randy!!) made it a point of keeping us informed. Considerate and welcoming.
Steve in sales told us a year ago that he was “adopting” us. When we were there earlier in the month, he made good on his claim. Loved it.
The cost of comparable services went up 20% versus prior year which will force me next year to evaluate alternative servicing/storage options.
The service department is real SERVICE. James cares about the customer after the sale.
We have received excellent svce from Alpin Haus for many yrs. All staff are competent and friendly, but none more than LJ. LJ has picked up my trailer for winter storage for several yrs. He's always on time, make hustling a 34 ft trailer around look easy and is a pleasure to deal with. Great sense of humor.

Everyone was very professional. They all seem to be very knowledgeable in their jobs. each person we dealt with seem to work well together with the other employees and they all seem to work as a team.
I was very thankful to the customer care service dept for there assistance in the repair of my furnace.

I came for a winterization on my rv. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I shopped at the store and they were also helpful and friendly.
Service is timely and professional. Done by appointment, Service Advisor is competent and thorough. Technicians are knowledgeable and effect repairs satisfactorily. Comfortable waiting area. Well maintained facility.

The salesman are not pushy and are very patient when showing the RV. Everyone in sales and service are very helpful and pleasant to talk with.
