Up to this point I have been very happy with Alpin Haus. I have always given 9s & 10s. Sadly I have been let down with the service. I have gone up 2 times to pick up my RV & it still isn't ready when it was suppose to be. Things that have been on the list since the fall of 22 are still not done.:(:(:(:(. I have missed 1.5 months of the camping season.
Jake and john was amazing- as well as others that jumped in to support the experience. I am already going to be referring others that I know actively searching for RV’s to Jake. John was very knowledgeable about the mechanics and took his time explaining things and trying to help resolve an issue. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Smooth transaction. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely buy from this company again .
They were extremely accommodating, got my trailer in very very quickly and worked with the manufacturer to fix the problem.
Great people to do business with Mark , Lyndsay and Ron are top notch people !!! Will always give them our business ! Never will buy seadoo or skidoo from anywhere else !
We needed a new motor home that had a propane refrigerator and overall height less than 12 ft. 11 in. Alpin Haus had a Georgetown G5 to fit the need. We met Charles Weitz, a really knowledgeable and well trained salesperson, as good as we had ever met. After some negotiating, we made a deal. Then we met Kyle Smith, a well trained person on the business and financial part of the deal. He too was very satisfactory. The whole perchase process was made as good as possible. Then after a few days preping our new coach, we got an extensive demonstration of all the features
Very pleased with the the help that was provided to me. The service staff particularly Dave was great to work with
In the end I was pushy enough to get what I needed, but on 2 different occasions their service department is difficult. They must be overworked as they try to push stuff off to others or tell you to wait months for service, because I’m not a vip member, whatever that even means.
The people are the best!
Great people
Great service
Asa (sales) was awesome to deal with.
Service, repairs, were not done correctly. Prices to winterize and wheel bearings are way out of line. Supervision in the service department is nonexistent.
The whole team is amazing - Brian, Greg and the techs….
Bring back the lifetime warranty! Reinstate it for those who have already purchased.
Camping world stocks what i need and its right next door to Alpin Haus rv service shop.
Fast service and nice job on the exterior cleaning.

Friendly staff. Straightforward process to purchase the boat and get it to the water. The run through of the boat and motor with the tech was thorough and understandable.
You offer a great product and the folks at Oak Ridge are the best to purchase from. They are friendly, honest, down to earth and will not steer you wrong. They know what the best product is for their customers. Justin Christ is the General Manager and he always takes care of his customers. Mike is a salesman and will put you in the right unit. Dennis handles financing and is the best. Alpin Haus Oak Ridge is the crew.
We always appreciate excellent service, especially when it's done before the date promised.
The service department at Alpin Haus is excellent and we would recommend them highly!
Appreicated the communication, and interest in listening to my feedback.
Great sales and service staff. Large selection. Clean organized business.
Everyone is very friendly. They also keep in touch with you on the status of repairs.
The product knowledge and their responsiveness
Great customer service
Service dept staff well informed, Grand Design products above the rest
Professional and prompt service . Staff are friendly and knowledgeable
Alpin Haus Sales and Service has been excellent. We purchased a 2023 Imagine 2970RL and had Alpin Haus install two higher capacity vent fans. In addition, Alpin Haus transported and set up the unit as our seasonal site in Berkshire County, MA. Throughout the entire process, Don Terpening, Alpin Haus Sales, did a great job working with us.
Regarding the Imagine 2970RL, the quality of the build is fantastic. It has a great set of features and plenty of storage space. The quality of the fan installations done by Alpin Haus is also great.
Finally, the Alpin Haus RV store is well stocked. This allowed us to get the key supplies needed for camping in the 2970RL.
I had such a great experience with Alpin Haus. My salesperson Shannon was wonderful coming in on her day off to make sure we got our camper on time. The Finance guy Jim went above and beyond to make it happen. Cory in parts was so helpful making sure we had everything we needed. Every single person was so welcoming and helpful I will 100% recommend them to anyone I know.
