I traded in my camper with a very good group 24 battery. When I picked up my new camper I was told I had to BUY A BATTERY!
THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!
I was sent home with a used battery!

I had researched in depth what I wanted and they were very accommodating. They went over the safety use of the boat in great detail. Very nice doing business with them.
Great service
Trailer was not ready many repairs were needed and we had to wait for them to be done. After we got home we could not open the outside door to the bedroom and could see that the sheeting under the trailer was coming down.

warranty issues clearly described to service reps not communicated to techs. Diagnostic fees charged for doing nothing. Techs do absolute bare minimum investigation and declare no problem found. Service gives initial paperwork clearly showing no charges and then charges for diagnostics. Service claims that they must pay techs when warranty claims can't be found, ignoring substantial profits from sales which could clearly cover minimal diagnostic fees that a reputable, consumer forward dealer would prioritize in the interest of future customer relations.

Our new 2023 Thor Tellaro was deliver with speakers that didn’t work and an electrical system that works intermittently. The lack of service from Alpin Haus has been wildly disappointing.

We like the salesmen we had. His name is Scott. The service is wonderful. Everyone that works there is very customer oriented. I would highly recommend Alpen Haus to anyone. I have recommended them to all of my friends. They are wonderful.

I really enjoyed the experience my only pain point was I asked about a bar for tubing and was told I didn't need one but everyone that has a boat says it's needed.

At the show, he was impressive with offerings as well as our meet and greet!

We are hoping that the service we received from sales and service departments as well as the shop tech during the boat purchase process and the "get to know your boat training will continue for years to come. We have to travel a great distance to get there and we hope that we can continue with a very satisfactory relationship with all!.

From a friendly receptionist each time we entered, to spending good quality information and sales time with Charles to a easy process with Kyle and nice walk thru with Lance, the Alpin Staff is excellent. The facility is complete and comfortable... good selection and found just what we were looking for on the website and it was ready in the yard.

From sales to service, just one small hiccup that was instantly fixed, warm, honest interaction. Found, from driving in, to serviced trailer and leaving the lot, you will not be disappointed.
Price to fix my camper changed 5x than after having it for 3 months they decided to tell me they “couldn’t fix it”
