Everyone here was very personable, from Mike P. in the beginning of the process, to Keith in Finance, Dan who did the walk through, and Ed who delivered! We had a great first time buyers expand would recommend a million times over! Their inventory was also a great selection and they know how to keep expectations real and honest! What an easy process all the way around!
We knew we didn't have a major issue but needed things fixed. We were taken in ontime and one hour later we were one our way, reassured everything was in order and fixed. We couldn't be happier with their attention.
I know the service will be done with care and attention to doing the work correctly. My issue was brakes. It was done when they said it would be. Service reps excellent.

I told the associate twice my steps would not stay out when switch was turned off, once after they called and said steps worked fine. I said that wasn't the problem. Then I pick up the RV and I was given the bill of $900+ which I told employee that was less than quoted and he agreed. I get home and the next day I find an additional charge on my credit card and an additional bill in my email for the rest of the money. Steps also should have been fixed under the quote i was given and were not.
Seals on the roof top should be double checked/recalked before selling a new vehicle. Although it was done in the factory, something as critical as water damage after you drive out of the dealership could possibly be avoided. You do an awesome job with the walkthrough, but doing a top to bottom should be done as well.
I learned from experience this week.
They have a good inventory of boats and fair prices. Take care of you in service after the sale.
I know you can't hook the boat up to the truck but it would have been nice to have someone out there while I was backing up to the boat.
Your service professionals are talented and well qualified. The only drawback is the extreme cost of services.
The service I received today was outstanding. Jeff was very helpful and thorough.
Service and timely service are terrible. I was put off for months on a problem that took minutes to fix. And the repair left me with another issue. Witch hopefully will be fixed when they come back from the other repairs.
I feel as though the service staff could have been more proactive in pursuing the claim to Keystone for the roof sealing. Even so, they did follow up and got the claim approved.
CJ is your best asset. she is so welcoming when we come for sales or service. .

I asked for the roof seals to be repaired and the fold out bed ends seals be checked. First time I was told it was completed the roof was not sealed despite cracking sealant. After I pushed back this was repaired.
Was told the bed ends were sealed but 1 is leaking still. The foam weatherstripping is detached and was not repaired and the bed end is coming loose and not repaired.
From the day our pool was installed in1986 until today, every need has been handled by a competent, caring staff. Their products are effective and of great quality.
The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Rob worked directly with us to get our new weight distribution hitch setup correctly.

I had such a great experience with Alpin Haus. My salesperson Shannon was wonderful coming in on her day off to make sure we got our camper on time. The Finance guy Jim went above and beyond to make it happen. Cory in parts was so helpful making sure we had everything we needed. Every single person was so welcoming and helpful I will 100% recommend them to anyone I know.
Up to this point I have been very happy with Alpin Haus. I have always given 9s & 10s. Sadly I have been let down with the service. I have gone up 2 times to pick up my RV & it still isn't ready when it was suppose to be. Things that have been on the list since the fall of 22 are still not done.:(:(:(:(. I have missed 1.5 months of the camping season.
Jake and john was amazing- as well as others that jumped in to support the experience. I am already going to be referring others that I know actively searching for RV’s to Jake. John was very knowledgeable about the mechanics and took his time explaining things and trying to help resolve an issue. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
