Clean gym. Relaxed Atmosphere. Great classes . Best Instructors: yoga is Holly. And Body pump & core is Stephanie. And Kristen really shows up with the Energy ( body pump & core).
Joined at the Grand Opening in December, I’m there 4-5 days a week. Highly recommend

Great to belong to a facility that has at least 5 days of 24 hour access .
Top of the line exercise equipment always available.

Everyone is very helpful. I qualify for Silver Sneakers. I am also working with Nick, my personal trainer. He is great.

Every time I'm there I see someone, sometimes 2 people cleaning the machines. I was impressed to see some new machines installed during the short time I've been a member. P.S. friendly staff at front desk!!

I’ve been a member at many gyms in the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti area. This one’s the best. Especially for weight training. 24 hours make it very accessible and equipment variety is top notch.
