I like all the different types of equipment I can use for my workouts. The atmosphere in there is pretty good, most people seem friendly, including staff.

I only use the machines and go to the water aerobics class. Gym is always clean, machines work well and staff is very helpful. Water classes are well run, fun and a great workout, yet easy on my old muscles!
