You have all latest equipment. The employees are very friendly and eager to assist you. They are also knowledgeable. The equipment and men’s locker room is the cleanest I’ve seen a gym. I’ve gone to gyms for 40 plus years. Keep up the good work.

I like the gym. It has everything my wife and I need. My primary annoyance, and this happens at every gym, are people who camp out on a piece of equipment. Why is the room with the heavy bag and kettle bells locked at night? That seems kind of dumb. If it’s because people go in there and leave a mess, why go for the mass punishment? I know the gym is limited for space, but a sauna would really make it pop.

I’d love a boot camp class 9 or 10 in the morning
Cleanliness and variety of workout machines, pool and jacuzzi
Some of the equipment is taking a long time to get fixed. Example smith machine is not smooth at all. I brought this to PH attention but is still not fixed.
Men’s locker room not very clean and gets worse by 4:00pm. One sink has been unusable for 3 months. Can we get a better plumber???
The facility is well maintained in terms of cleanliness, and most of the staff are helpful and friendly.
