I like nearly everything about Powerhouse gym in West Bloomfield. Love the instructors of the classes, front desk, staff so nice and so accommodating. Locker room is always clean. Only complaint is that people occupy the equipment and sit and use their cell phones rather than using the equipment while others wait.
Good atmosphere for us to do our training. Especially, it is so convenient for my daughter to practice a basketball in the court.
I think I have been going to Powerhouse in SCS MI since 2011 and the staff is friendly, the equipment and gym is always maintained and clean!

Professional and friendly
The staff is helpful. The gym is kept clean. Water fountain is often not working. Many monitors are set on Fox, prefer a variety of channels besides Fox
Employee was pleasant and eager to answer questions about location of equipment, etc.
Friendly atmosphere
I like the team instructor approach as it gives participants additional support and alternate moves for those of us with some physical restrictions or disability, including age. In particular the team of stephanie Newberry and Michelle forties are great examples! They've been an instructor team for over 10 years. I would hate to see the change to restricting the team approach.

The Women’s only section is amazing, the locker rooms with the keypads are very convenient and my trainer, Kayla is amazing.

I love all the classes and instructors , I was very disappointed we didn't have any classes in Thanksgiving day or Christmas Eve . Hopefully we will next year, it's been busy class days in the past . They keep the gym very clean and everyone is very friendly..
Unlimited classes is with amazing instructors is the reason I joined!!! Facility is clean and many pieces of equipment available. The Les Mills classes are challenging but well worth the results I am seeing!!!

I would highly recommend Powerhouse Gym- Novi to a friend or business associate and I have!!! Powerhouse Gym's team is very professional and caring. The facilities is updated with a variety of exercising equipment and their TEAM are fantastic!!! We have been Powerhouse members for over 20 years.
