I like that it feels like a real lifters gym to me. I will say though, It needs a whole new set of lat pulldown bars. At least 6 of nice new rubber coated ones. The old ones are ready for the junk yard.

Love the classes. Miss having les mills classes. Class instructors are great. The place is always clean. Need to upgrade the sound system as it's very unreliable which hampers abilty to hear class instructions. Definitely needs a coffee bar!

It's a complete gym. It has plenty of equipment from, free weights, dumbbells targeting whatever you are looking to improve upon. Gym offers excellent additional room for stretching or taking a variety of classes such as Yoga, Spinning etc.
Low key atmosphere where everyone respects one another despite a wide range of fitness levels.
Personal trainers are very personable and staff is friendly and polite. Facility is well kept up.
Everything
The gym and locker room is always clean. Staff is nice and helpful. The only problem isn’t the gyms fault but some members don’t unload their large amount of weight plates from machines when finished, leaving them for the next person to take care of.
From the time I walk in I feel welcomed and I look forward to my workout. It’s not overcrowded and the people, both staff and members, are friendly.
Love the classes the most. The one thing that the studios need are fans!!! It’s get so hot in there. Sometimes I feel dizzy because of the what and that’s the last thing I want the trainer to have to deal with. Me passed on in the floor.
