Variety of machines
I have only seen 1 person with a tripod recording themselves in the gym. While I don’t care about people videoing themselves, at other gyms I have experienced these people taking machines for 45 minutes and being in the way of walkways or obstructing access to machines. Glad that is not the culture here.
How many machines there are, I never have to wait. The locker room is very nice. Staff are friendly. Massage chairs and hydro massage are awesome. My personal training session with Joe was great as well!

Please always looks nice and clean. Only one slight negative thing. A few treadmills seem to be consistently out of order.

Clean facility has everything you need
It's a space to workout and better yourself while also not feeling like a traditional gym experience. The cleanliness, amenities, and amount of equipment available have completely transformed how I view going to the gym. No longer do I feel the dread of getting in my car and going to workout, I am actually excited to go because of the experience at Powerhouse.
Courteous, polite, and respectful. However, members need to reminded to put the weights back when there done.
I love the clean format of the gym, the new equipment, the large open space, and I really enjoy the amenities like the track area, the stretch area, the large arsenal of weight-lifting machines/equipment, the pool, the sauna, and the friendliness of gym representatives.
